Stone, iron, and gold mineral can be extracted from the mineral fields you can find on the world map. You have to build quarries to extract the minerals from the ground. Like with wood, extraction buildings have a limited radius of collection. Unlike them, they have a reduced collection rate and radius, meaning you have to build more of them to succeed.
