General Information
The first Research Building in the game allowing research of Tier 1 buildings.
It cannot be refunded, though it can be destroyed by units with the attack command. However, this is not advised as destroying it would render all the researched technology inaccessible until the new Wood Workshop has been built and all the technology researched again.
