Calliope

Calliope is one of the New Empire's top agents. Along with Caelus, she is responsible for recovering humanity's lost technology. She uses The Devil's Sisters, a pair of pistols that are rapid fire, load fast, but are short range and do low damage. She also has lower health but faster movement speed.

Hero Upgrades

The New Empire campaign provides multiple permanent perks (upgrades) for Calliope, dramatically increasing her power and survivability:

1 perk point is gained from completing each Scouting Missions for the first time, regardless of difficulty.
Each perk costs 1 point, and can be initially refunded after being allocated.
Once a mission is completed, or the campaign save exited from then reloaded, the perk cannot be refunded. Losing a mission allows refunding of the perk.

The 4 centre perks (completely bolded) are initially available for purchase. Once a perk is unlocked, any adjacent perks (including the diagonal ones) become available for purchase.
