Engineering Center

Used to build advanced Units like Lucifer, Thanatos, Titan, and Mutant. While the player can start recruiting Lucifers as soon as the building is complete, but Thanatos, Titan, and Mutant must be researched first.

Keep in mind that mere existence of Engineering center is serious burden on economy, as it has maintenance of 100 gold per tick.

All units in engineering center require not only oil, but also positive oil income. Unlike Inn, this structure doesn't allow hiring units with deficit. So oil platforms should be built first.

If colony has negative oil income, engineering center units will not desert, but will require extra maintenance.
